The Parts and Articles of the Indian Constitution
Originally (1949), the Indian Constitution contained a Preamble, 22 Parts, 395 Articles and 8 Schedules. Presently, there are 25 Parts, more than 450 Articles, 12 Schedules and a Preamble. Originally 14 Languages recognized by the Constitution under 8th Schedule but presently there are 22 Languages.
